✔️ Upon joining the Bank's services as Grade 'O', the compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis will range from ₹ 6.14 lakh to ₹ 6.50 lakh per annum (Class A city) at the time of joining.
✔️ Annual increments will be granted based on performance or other parameters as determined by the Bank.

✔️ Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ - Generalist:
(1) A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government or Government bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc.
(2) Only a diploma course will not be considered as meeting the eligibility criteria.
✔️ Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ - (AAO)
(1) A 4-year degree (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Fishery Science/ Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science/ Technology, Food Science/ Technology, Pisciculture, Agro Forestry, or Sericulture from a University recognized/ approved by the Government or Government bodies like AICTE, UGC.
(2) Only a diploma course will not be considered as meeting the eligibility criteria.
✔️ Minimum Passing Percentage: Minimum 60% for General, EWS, and OBC candidates Minimum 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
